Is it possible for a complete novice to make £100,000 in one year by developing and renovating property?
I have no idea of the answer to that question, but I intend to find out.
My name is Mark and I returned from travelling at the end of 2009. I needed to earn a living and wanted to do it on my own terms. And, if I’m honest, I wanted to do it with the minimum investment in time and effort.
At the time of writing (the end of 2009), the property market in the UK (and indeed around the world) has been through one of the worst slumps. That said, everybody knows that if you do it right, there’s money to be made in property. I figure, in my humble (and novice) opinion, that we’ve probably seen the worst and the market will soon recover. So what better time to jump on the ladder and see if I can earn a decent living by renovating houses.
